Olive grove 2 – 300 trees all one variety. Frantoio planted is 2003. Yearly Extra Virgin Olive Oli production is 700 to 1,000 litres.

 

Truffle Grove – 10 Evergreen Oaks planted in 2014.

 

Vineyard 1 – Sangiovese planted on Phyloxera resistant rootstock. Approx. 1.5 acres producing 1.5 to 2 tonne planted 2003

 

Vineyard 2 – Savagnin planted on Phyloxera resistant rootstock. Approx 2.0 acres producing 2 to 2.5 tonne planted 2007.

 

Grapes are also sourced from local growers each year to supplement wine production and to produce other varieties including;  Shiraz, Chardonnay and additional Sangiovese.

 

The property also runs 10 to 15 head of beef cattle in the paddocks outside the horticultural zone.
