79A Todman Street, Brooklyn, Wellington, 6021, New Zealand
Designed by Ernst Plischke and completed in 1956, the multi award winning Sutch-Smith house is internationally recognised as a modernist masterpiece, revered in Vienna as it is here in Wellington. With mesmerising views of the city and harbour, the house had a full restoration in 2002. This returned it both to its original specifications but also made it into a contemporary home, with 21st Century amenities and building materials. On the market for the first time in its 71 year history.
Highlights include:
• A fully glazed entrance way opens into a glazed hallway overlooking a courtyard – an impressive and welcoming entrance.
