The immaculate section is fully fenced providing privacy, ample boat parking space and views of Mt Pihanga. Neat garden sheds have space for tools and wood. A fish cleaning sink is at the back of the house for all the trout you will catch in the Tongariro River. Did I mention the spa house with a spa pool? Yes, this stays with the house along with just about everything you see photographed. Yes, the fridge/freezer, TV, BBQ, washing machine – ask me for the extended chattels list.
