– Strictly for your own holiday use only ie, cabins can NOT be let out to third parties. Max of 6 persons to be named on the Lease with Racecourse Beach Tourist Park.
– Pets allowed outside of peak times, on a leash at all times, and of a size within reason
– Please note this is not suitable for permanent living and the max. occupancy is 180 nights per year.
– Access to all the holiday park facilities ie, jumping pillow, mini-golf, kids club, pool, tennis courts, and so much more.
– Insurance at your cost
– Electricity & Water NOT included – these utilities will be billed to you throughout the year.
– Furnished contents may include, beds, couch, table, dishwasher, fridge etc.
