‘Growing up in the Kambah area, I spent time cycling along trails and loving summer swims in the river. What attracted me to this home was its peaceful location, a familiar and quiet neighbourhood, complemented by a spacious garden featuring a charming Sweetgum tree as the centrepiece. The back deck provides such an amazing space to enjoy the nature of the yard. Families have complimented the versatility of the home.

 

The home has been well cared for, with the main bathroom being renovated in 2017, a renewed ensuite in 2022, new carpets were installed throughout the home in 2019 along with a new AC unit and ceiling fan upgrades throughout the home. This was always a potential family home for us in Canberra, but since our move to Perth, it is time to pass this home onto someone else to enjoy.’
