We love that our home is so central to everywhere, Rangeville state School, High street shopping centre, Centenary heights high schools, Picnic Point and St. Vincent’s Hospital.

I can ride my bike to the local shops or enjoy a walk along the path around the waterbird habitat. Let me tell you a little more, we love the way our kitchen is so open with it overlooking the Dining and Lounge areas, a large breakfast bar is the hub of the house for gatherings when the family arrives, they also get to choose which of 3 outdoor areas they would like to relax in, we all need our own space and this big home of ours has space, space, space perfect for all Family.

The rear deck overlooks the fantastic gardens and perfect grassed area to enjoy while we entertain family and friends. When our Family stays, they have the full privacy of downstairs with their own bathroom and kitchenette. We have often thought it would be perfect for an Airbnb or a home business as it has its own separate entrance.

There is plenty of storage all through the house and each of the large 4 bedrooms have built in robes, with a separate office that gives us ample work space.

Our garden is established and easy to maintain. We also love to travel a lot which is why it is so important for us that we have secure side access which is big enough for a 20 ft caravan.

Surrounded by nice neighbours in Rangeville it is a place that we will be sad to leave!
